As entrepreneurs we are often spinning a lot of plates at the same time. Between marketing, sales, fulfillment, developing new products and services, managing your team, not to mention the rest of your life, things can get a little hairy at times. Now for the most part this isn’t a problem, we thrive under these circumstances and let’s be honest, it’s a little exciting. (GRIN!) However, every once in a while we drop a plate. And every once in a while that plate was part of an antique china set that you inherited from your grandmother and it just shattered on the ground in to 1000 pieces.
This week I share with you my own personal experience in “dropping one of my plates,” what I dealt with as a result, and how I started to get myself back on track.
